NAA is led by a rector and a vice-rector elected for 4 years. The rector and the vice-rector are elected by and among the College of rectors/deans/heads from the member schools.
NAA take decisions in the matters of common interest, and decisions are made in a mutual respect.
NAA are indicative and do not affect the member schools integrity.
NAA establish working groups between the member schools in various matters of interest, and the working groups reports to NAA where discussions take place and recommandations will be adopted.
